Ordering

Aisle runners: Place your order by phone or mail us a completed order form 3-5 months in advance of your wedding. We then provide you itemized pricing for your runner which includes a price for the runner, personalized print and shipping. You can request a sample of the fabric to see its actual color before you place your order. With aisle runners that are customized with printing, we will send you a computerized proof of your print for approval before your order is finalized with a deposit. Before the runner is shipped, you will receive an actual picture of the printed section. When it arrives, we suggest you do not unroll the runner to see the print. Re-rolling a long length of fabric can be difficult. Rush orders may be accommodated, call for pricing.

Banners: Place your order by phone or email 3-4 months in advance of the wedding. A computer proof and pricing including shipping will be mailed / emailed to you. Banners are only available in white.

Shipping

Runners and banners are packaged in a tube, shipped via UPS ground, fully insured and require a signature when delivered by UPS. We ship our runners and banners within the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. (A 50 foot long runner weighs approximately 12 pounds. A 100 foot runner weighs approximately 18 pounds.)

Payment

We accept Visa/Mastercard in US dollars. 50% (non-refundable) is due when your order is finalized and the balance is due when the item is shipped. PA residents, please add 6% PA sales tax. We may be able to accommodate changes to your order after it is finalized; however, there may be an additional charge.

Return Policy

Since each aisle runner or banner is customized either in length or with hand painting, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. You can request a sample of the fabric to see its actual color before you place your order. With banners or aisle runners that are personalized with printing, we will send you a computerized proof of your print for approval before it is painted. Before the aisle runner is shipped, you will receive an actual picture of the printed section.

Liability Disclaimer

Designing the aisle will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to any and all bodily damage as a result of installation and usage, proper or improper, of our aisle runners or other products and any and all property damage as a result of proper or improper installation and usage of our aisle runners and other products. By purchasing an aisle runner and or other products, you agree to release Designing the aisle of any liability associated with the usage of our products and assume full responsibility for the proper installation of the aisle runner and all possible results from the usage herein. Every customer of Designing the aisle assumes these legal responsibilities upon submitting an order for our products either electronically or manually.
